COMUNICADO OFICIAL: EXPULSIÓN DEL SR. MURATA Y CIERRE DEL CENTRO DE ARTES MARCIALES DE FUKUI (ESPAÑOL-ENGLISH-日本語)

El Centro de Entrenamiento de Artes Marciales Banke de Fukui cerrará sus puertas el 25 de julio de 2026 debido a la expulsión de la KÔKA BAN-TÔ ICHIMONKAI de su representante, Murata Tetsushin (nombre real Murata Haruo).

Si bien el Sr. Murata se autoproclamó maestro instructor durante su actividad en el Centro de Entrenamiento de Artes Marciales BANKE de Fukui, no recibió la licencia oficial de maestro instructor del Gran Maestro (KAWAKAMI-Soshike). Solo impartió entrenamiento parcial en el estilo y recibió instrucción en algunas técnicas. Por lo tanto, el Sr. Murata tiene prohibido usar nombres como KÔKA o BANKE, o nombres de estilos de artes marciales heredados de la KÔKA BAN-TÔ. Solicitamos que informen a todos los practicantes de artes marciales y a quienes se encuentren en las regiones pertinentes sobre este aviso.

Asimismo, les rogamos comprendan que la KÔKA BAN-TÔ ICHIMONKAI y este centro de entrenamiento no pueden garantizar la exactitud de las artes marciales ni la publicidad que el Sr. Murata haya impartido anteriormente.

- MOTIVOS DEL EXPULSIÓN:

1. Conducta irrespetuosa y falta de sinceridad hacia el director y los discípulos directos de la KôKa Ban-tô Ichimonkai.

2. A pesar de haber notificado a la escuela su retiro y renuncia a la docencia, el Sr. Murata continuó interpretando erróneamente el contenido del estilo de sucesión de la Kôka Ban-tô y siguió afirmando que impartía clases a personas no identificadas, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.

3. Las acciones erróneas del Sr. Murata dañan el honor de la Kôka Ban-tô Ichimonkai y del director de la Kôka Ban-tô. Además, podrían generar malentendidos sobre las artes marciales japonesas y el ninjutsu tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, lo que podría tener un impacto negativo significativo en la difusión de la verdadera cultura japonesa.

4. Antes de su destitución y expulsión, se le concedió un plazo para presentar una explicación, pero no se recibió respuesta alguna antes de la fecha límite.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT: EXPULSION OF MR. MURATA AND CLOSURE OF THE FUKUI MARTIAL ARTS CENTER (SPANISH-ENGLISH-JAPANESE)

The Banke Martial Arts Training Center in Fukui will close its doors on July 25, 2026, due to the expulsion of its representative, Murata Tetsushin (real name Murata Haruo), from the KÔKA BAN-TÔ ICHIMONKAI.

While Mr. Murata proclaimed himself a master instructor during his activities at the Fukui BANKE Martial Arts Training Center, he did not receive the official master instructor license from Grand Master (KAWAKAMI-Soshike). He only provided partial training in the style and received instruction in some techniques. Therefore, Mr. Murata is prohibited from using names such as KÔKA or BANKE, or names of martial arts styles inherited from the KÔKA BAN-TÔ. We request that you inform all martial arts practitioners and those in the relevant regions about this notice. Furthermore, we ask for your understanding that the KÔKA BAN-TÔ ICHIMONKAI and this training center cannot guarantee the accuracy of the martial arts or the advertising previously disseminated by Mr. Murata.

- REASONS FOR EXPULSION:

1. Disrespectful conduct and lack of sincerity toward the director and direct disciples of the KôKa Ban-tô Ichimonkai.

2. Despite having notified the school of his withdrawal and resignation from teaching, Mr. Murata continued to misinterpret the content of the Kôka Ban-tô style of succession and continued to claim that he was teaching unidentified individuals, both nationally and internationally.

3. Mr. Murata's erroneous actions damage the honor of the Kôka Ban-tô Ichimonkai and its director. Furthermore, they could generate misunderstandings about Japanese martial arts and ninjutsu both domestically and internationally, which could have a significant negative impact on the dissemination of authentic Japanese culture.

4. Prior to his dismissal and expulsion, he was given a deadline to provide an explanation, but no response was received before the deadline.

伴家武術福井稽古所廃止のお知らせ【強制廃止】

伴家武術福井稽古所は、代表の村田鐵心こと村田治生氏が甲賀伴党一門会を除名処分となったことにより令和8年7月25日付で廃止します。

なお、村田氏は忍道伴家武術研修場福井武術稽古所における活動において師範を自称していましたが、宗師家より正式に師範免許は受けておりません。流儀の部分的な稽古を行い、一部技法の切紙伝授を得ているのみです。したがって、村田氏は今後甲賀や伴家を用いた名称や甲賀伴党継承の武術等の流儀名を使用することは出来ません。武道、武術関係者ならびに関係地域の皆様にご周知頂きますようお願い致します。また、村田氏のこれまで教傳していた武術や広報の内容については、甲賀伴党一門会ならびに当研修所では一切保証致しかねますのでご理解をお願い致します。

村田治生氏(別称 鐵心)の除名処分について(公開)

村田鐵心こと村田治生氏を甲賀伴党一門会、及び甲賀伴党直門会役職を令和八年七月二十五日付けで解任し除名しました。

〈理由〉

１、甲賀伴党一門会、及び直門会の宗師家、直門人に対する誠意に欠ける不敬な対応。

２、村田氏自身より、流儀を脱退し教授辞退の旨を通知しながら、甲賀伴党継承流儀の内容を曲解したまま、不特定の国内外の人々に継続して教授の事実を確認した。

３、村田氏の誤った活動が、甲賀伴党一門や甲賀伴党宗師家の名誉を損なう。また、国内外の人々に日本武術や忍術につき誤解を与え、真実の日本文化の啓蒙に多大の悪影響を与える可能性が有る。

４、役職解任および除名処分に先立ち、本人よりの申し開き等の期間を設けたのにもかかわらず期日までに何の回答もなかった。
