LAS REGLAS DE LA KOKA BAN-TO ICHIMONKAI 
(Establecido el 9.02.2008, revisado el 11.02.2017)

Parte 1. REGLAS GENERALES

(Nombre de la organización)

1) El nombre oficial de nuestra organización es Koka Ban-to Ichimon-kai ( la Asociación de Miembros de la Familia Ban de Koka)

(Administración)

2) La oficina de administración de nuestra organización se encuentra en la Oficina del Centro de Entrenamiento de Banke Shinobi-no-den.

(Sucursales)

3) Nuestra organización puede, por decisión de la junta directiva, poner una sucursal (shibu) en Japón o en el extranjero en cualquier lugar donde sea necesario.

Parte 2. NUESTROS OBJETIVOS Y ACTIVIDADES 
(Objetivos)

4) El objetivo principal de nuestra organización es practicar e investigar la tradición Shinobi de la escuela Koka (Koka Shinobi-no-den) y otras tradiciones marciales y religiosas transmitidas junto con ella. A través de esto, buscamos preservar y transmitir esta parte de la cultura tradicional de nuestro país y difundir información tanto dentro como fuera de Japón.

5) Para cumplir con el objetivo mencionado anteriormente, llevamos a cabo las siguientes actividades:
1. Ejecución de sesiones de estudio (para entrenamiento práctico, estudio teórico, conferencias, etc.).
2. Realizar peregrinajes a templos y santuarios y hacer demostraciones (hono-enbu) allí.
3. Difundir los resultados de nuestra investigación y otra información a través de libros, otros materiales impresos y a través del sitio web.
4. Cooperación con las organizaciones con objetivos similares y brindándoles ayuda en la organización de eventos.
5. Celebrar una reunión regular (teireikai) dos veces al año: una vez en febrero (el Día Nacional de la Fundación) y una vez en agosto (antes o después del día conmemorativo de Koka).
6. Otras actividades adecuadas para el cumplimiento de nuestro objetivo.

Parte 3. DEIDADES ANCESTRALES Y ESCUELAS 

(Deidades ancestrales)

6) Las deidades ancestrales adoradas en nuestra organización son:
Las deidades ancestrales de Koka Shinobi-no-den: 
La gran deidad del santuario Aburahi (油 日 之 大 神) y la gran deidad del santuario de Izumo (出 雲 之 大 神).
La deidad central de la doctrina Kakuri Utsu Ooinaru-michi-no-akari: Oo-magatsu-hi-no-ookami, (Magatsu-hi-no-kami).

7) Practicamos Koka Shinobi-no-den y otras escuelas conectadas con ésta. Las escuelas son las siguientes:
1. Josui-ryu Shinto Gunden
2. Izumo Shin-ryu Heiho
3. Shinden Fudo-ryu Kiho
4. Ichijo-ho Goho
5. Takenouchi-ryu Koroshi-atemi-no-den
6. Sankato-ryu Yoroidooshi Kumiuchi-no-den
7. Otras (Iga Shinobi-no-den, Murakumo Shinobi-no-ho, etc.)

Parte 4. MIEMBROS 

(Categorías de membresía)

Los miembros de nuestra organización deben estar totalmente de acuerdo con su objetivo y actividades. Los miembros están divididos en las siguientes categorías:
1. Miembros discípulos directos (Jikimon-kaiin, los que hicieron keppan (juramento de sangre) y fueron aceptados por el patriarca (soshike) como discípulos directos).
2. Miembros completos (Sei-kaiin, Aquellos aprobados por la junta directiva (rijikai).
3. Miembros honorarios (Meiyo-kaiin, los que tienen logros considerables en la investigación o práctica relacionada con Ninjutsu).
4. Miembros regulares (Ippan-kaiin, los que realizan estudios o prácticas relacionados con Ninjutsu en nuestras afiliaciones o bajo la tutela personal de nuestros miembros).

9) Cualquier persona que desee unirse debe obtener la recomendación de cualquier miembro discípulo directo o miembro pleno, y luego enviar una solicitud por escrito para la admisión al presidente (kaicho). Luego, su membresía debe ser aceptada por la junta directiva (rijikai).

(Cuota de socio)

10) Para administrar nuestra organización, recaudamos una cuota anual de membresía de 5000 yenes de todos los miembros discípulos directos, miembros de pleno derecho y miembros regulares. Sin embargo, en el caso de una sesión de entrenamiento, también podemos recolectar el dinero para los gastos, tarifas de participación y tarifas adicionales.

11) La membresía puede ser revocada en los siguientes casos:
1. Si un miembro decide retirarse de la organización,
2. Si la organización recibe el anuncio de la muerte o desaparición de un miembro, o si la organización se disuelve.
3. Si un miembro es eliminado.
4. Si un miembro es expulsado.

12) Si un miembro voluntariamente decide retirarse de la organización, él o ella debe enviar un aviso de retiro al presidente y explicarle los motivos de su decisión.

13) Si un miembro viola las reglas de la organización, puede ser expulsado por decisión de la junta directiva.

(Expulsión formal)

14) Si un miembro es expulsado por el patriarca (soshike), su membresía se revoca automáticamente.

Parte 5. CARGOS 
(Cargos)

15) Establecemos los siguientes cargos en nuestra organización:
1. Directores (riji) de menos de 10 personas (uno de los cuales es presidente (kaicho) y uno o dos vicepresidentes (fuku-kaicho)).
2. Asesores (sodan-yaku) tantos como necesiten.
3. Consejero (san'yo) tantos como necesiten.
4. Inspector (kanji) 1 persona.

16) El presidente (kaicho) supervisa la actividad de la organización y la representa. En el caso de ausencia del presidente, el vicepresidente puede reemplazarlo. La junta directiva decide todas las preguntas más allá de estas reglas y ejecuta las decisiones.

17) Los consejeros (san'yo) ayudan a los directores en sus tareas y, si es necesario, asisten a la junta directiva.

18) El inspector (kanji) examina el presupuesto y hace el informe en la junta directiva o en la reunión regular si es necesario.

(El término de la oficina)

19) No establecemos plazos fijos para los cargos de nuestra organización.

Parte 6. REUNIONES 

(Reunión general)

20) Nuestra organización generalmente celebra su reunión general (sokai) una vez al año para tomar decisiónes sobre los siguientes temas:

1. Establecimiento, revisión y abolición de las reglas.
2. Planificando los eventos por un año.
3. Aprobar el presupuesto y liquidación de cuentas.
4. Aprobar nuevos miembros.
5. Otros asuntos urgentes.

21) Nuestra organización puede convocar la reunión de la junta directiva (rijikai) si es necesario.

22) Los deberes del presidente (gicho) en las reuniones de la junta directiva así como en las reuniones generales se delegan al presidente (kaicho) de nuestra organización.

23) En el caso de cualquier debate que se produzca durante una reunión general o una reunión ordinaria, la decisión debe tomarse por mayoría de las voces, excluyendo los casos para los que existen algunas regulaciones especiales.

Parte 7. REVISIÓN DE LAS REGLAS

24) Estas reglas solo pueden ser revisadas por decisión de la junta directiva.

25) Las disposiciones detalladas sobre la aplicación de las reglas anteriores se establecerán por decisión del consejo de administración en otro documento.

第1章　総　　則
Part 1. General rules
(名　称)
(Name of organization)

 
第１条　　この会の名称は、甲賀伴黨一門會とする。
1) The official name of our organization is Koka Ban-to Ichimon-kai (甲賀伴黨一門會, The Association of Members of the Koka Ban Family)

第２条　　この会は、事務所を伴家忍之傳研修所事務局内におく。
2) The administration office of our organization is located Banke Shinobi-no-den Training Center Office.
(支　部)
(Branches)
第３条　　この会は、理事会の決議を経て、国内外の必要な地に支部をおくことができる。
3) Our organization can, by the decision of the board of directors, put a branch (shibu) in Japan or abroad in any place where needed.
第２章　目的および事業

 
Part 2. Our objectives and activities
(目　的)
(Objectives)
第４条　　この会は、甲賀忍之傳を主軸に、これに併傳する武術、宗教等を修業・研究することにより、わが国の伝統文化を保存・継承すると共に、国内外に情報発信することを目的とする。
4) The main objective of our organization is to practice and research the Shinobi tradition of Koka school (Koka Shinobi-no-den) and other martial and religious traditions transmitted together with it. Through this we seek to preserve and transmit this part of traditional culture of our country and spread information about both within and outside of Japan.

(Activities)
第５条　　この会は、前条の目的を達成するために次の事業を行う。
1. 研修会の開催(練習会、勉強会、講習会等)
2. 社寺参拝ならびに奉納演武
3. 出版物やホームページ等による研究発表と情報の発信
4. 関連団体との連携および行事の協力推進
5. 毎年2月の建国記念日と8月の甲賀由縁日前後の定例会
6. その他目的を達成するために必要な事業
5) To fulfill the above-mentioned objective we undertake the following activities:
1. Running study sessions (for practical training, theoretical study, lectures etc.).
2. Undertaking pilgrimages to temples and shrines and making demonstrations (hono-enbu) there.
3. Spreading the results of our research and other information through books, other printed materials and through the website.
4. Cooperation with the organizations with similar objectives and providing them help in the organization of events.
5. Holding regular meeting (teireikai) twice a year: once in February ( the National Foundation Day) and once in august (Before or after the Memorial day of Koka).
6. Other activities fitting for the fulfillment of our objective.

第６条　　この会の祖神は、次の御柱とする。
甲賀忍之傳祖神　　　　油日之大神ならびに出雲之大神

6) The ancestor-deities worshipped in our organization are:
The ancestral deities of Koka Shinobi-no-den: The Great deity of Aburahi-shrine (油日之大神) and the Great deity of Izumo-shrine (出雲之大神).

第４章　会　員
Part 4. Members
(種　別)
(Categories of membership)
第８条　　この会の会員は、会の目的や事業に協賛する次の者で構成する。
1. 直門会員　　宗師家に血判入門誓詞を入れたもの
2. 正 会 員　　理事会により承認されたもの
3. 名誉会員　　忍術に関連する事がらの研究または修行に関して功績が顕著な者で、定例会の決議をもって推薦された者
4. 一般会員　　当会の付属組織または個人のもとで忍術関連の事柄を学ぶもの
The members of our organization must fully agree with its objective and activities. The members are divided into the following categories:
1. Direct disciple-members (Jikimon-kaiin, the ones, who made keppan (blood-oath) and were accepted by the patriarch (soshike) as direct disciples).
2. Full members (Sei-kaiin, Those approved by the board of directors (rijikai).
3. Honorary members (Meiyo-kaiin, the ones who have considerable achievements in Ninjutsu-related research or practice). 
4. Regular members (Ippan-kaiin, the ones who does Ninjutsu-related study or practice in our affiliations or under personal tuition of our members).

第９条　　会員になろうとする者は、直門会員または正会員の推薦人を通じ文書により入
会の意思を会長に伝え、理事会の承認を受けなくてはならない。
9) Anyone that wishes to join should obtain the recommendation of any direct disciple-member or full member, and then send a written application for admission to the president (kaicho). Following that his or her membership must be accepted by the board of directors (rijikai).
(会　費)
(Membership fee)
第１０条　本会の運営のため、直門会員、正会員、および一般会員から会費として、年会費5,000円を徴収する。ただし、研修会等で、必要に応じて実費・参加費または臨時会費を徴収することができる。
10) For managing our organization we collect an annual membership fee of 5000 yen from all direct disciple-members, full members and regular members. However, in case of training session we also can collect the money for actual expenses, participation fees and supplementary fees.
(資格の喪失)
(Revocation of membership)
第１１条　会員は、次の事由によってその資格を喪失する。
1. 退会したとき
2. 死亡、もしくは失踪宣告を受け、またはこの会が解散したとき
3. 除籍されたとき
4. 破門されたとき
11) The membership can be revoked in the following cases:
1. If a member decides to withdraw from the organization,
2. If the organization receives the announcement of death or disappearance of a member, or if the organization disbands itself. 
3. If a member is removed.
4. If a member is expulsed.

(Withdrawal)
第１２条　会員が退会しようとするときは、理由を付して退会届を会長に提出しなければならない。
12) If a member willingly decides to withdraw from the organization, he or she should send a notice of withdrawal to a president and explain there the reasons of his or her decision.
(除　籍)
(Removal)
第１３条　この会の会則としての義務に違反したときは、理事会の決議を経て除籍することができる。

13) If a member violates the rules of the organization, he or she can be expelled by the decision of the board of directors.
(破　門)
(Formal expulsion)
第１４条　宗師家より破門された者は、会員資格も喪失する。
14) If a member is expulsed by the patriarch (soshike), his or her membership is automatically revoked.

第５章　役　員

第１５条　この会には、次の役員を置く
1. 理　事　　10名以内(うち、会長1名、副会長2名以内)
2. 相談役　　適宜
3. 参　与　　適宜
4. 監　事　　1名
15) We establish the following officers in our organization:
1. Directors (riji) less than 10 people (one of which is president (kaicho) and one or two vice-presidents (fuku-kaicho)).
2. Advisors　(sodan-yaku) as many as needed.
3. Counselor (san’yo) as many as needed.
4. Inspector (kanji) 1 person.

(The duties of the directors)
第１６条　会長は、この会の業務を総括し、この会を代表する。
会長が不在の場合は、副会長がその職務を代行する。
理事は、理事会を組織して、この会則に定めるもの以外の事項を決議し、執行する。
16) The president (kaicho) supervises the activity of the organization and represents it. In the case of absence of the president the vice-president can fill in for him. The board of directors decides all the questions beyond these rules and executes the decisions.

(The duties of the Counselors)
第１７条　参与は理事の職務を補佐し、召集があった場合は理事会に出席する。
17) The counselors (san’yo) assist to the directors in their duties and, if needed, attend the board of directors.
(監事の職務)
(The duties of the inspector)
第１８条　監事は、この会の事業およびその収支に関し、監査すると共に、必要に応じて理事会または定例会にて報告を行う。
18) The inspector (kanji) examines the budget and makes the report on the board of directors or on the regular meeting if needed.
(役員の任期)
(The term of office)
第１９条　この会の役員の任期は特に定めない。
19) We establish no fixed terms of office for the officers of our organization.

第６章　会　　議

第２０条　本会は、原則として年１回総会を開き、次の事項を審議する。
1. 規則の制定および改廃
2. 年間の事業計画の策定
3. 予算および決算の承認
4. 役員の承認
5. その他必要な事柄
20) Our organization usually holds its general meeting (sokai) once a year to make a decision on the following subjects: 
1. Establishing, revision and abolishment of the rules.
2. Planning the events for one year.
3. Approving the budget and account settlement.
4. Approving new members.
5. Other urgent matters.

第２１条　本会は、必要に応じて理事会を開催することができる。
21) Our organization can appoint the meeting of the board of directors (rijikai) if needed.

第２２条　理事会ならびに総会の議長は会長とする。
22) The duties of the chairman (gicho) on the meetings of the board of directors as well as on the general meetings are delegated to the president (kaicho) of our organization.

第２３条　理事会ならびに総会、或いは定例会において議事が発生した場合、別段の定めがある場合を除くほか、出席者の過半数をもって決する。

23) In the case of any debates occurring during general meeting or regular meeting, the decision should be made by majority of voices, excluding the cases for which some special regulations exist.
